What will you learn during the online audiovisual course?
We will show you how to do theatrical ageing and how to make wax for make-up.
We will also cover:
During the workshop we will combine theory and practice to share knowledge for beginners. You will learn the principles of the work and then we will move on to practical tasks. During the workshop we would like participants to be able to work together with us. We will also talk about body painting and what use it has in film and make-up design. We will show how to work with a brush and sponge and how to create simple and effective body paintings. – said Marian Folga.
Materials that will be needed for the first class:
At the first meeting we will present our workflow. We will prepare simple make-ups live and tell you what you need to prepare in the next steps.

Marian Folga – graduated from the Pedagogical and Artistic Department with a major in Visual Education at the University of Silesia in Cieszyn, as well as Artistic Forms of Physical Activity at the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice.
Visual artist, photographer, director and supervisor of Dyemotion dance theater, multiple winner of Polish and international championships in bodypainting. World champion in duo with Wiktoria Wędzicha in UV bodypainting and uv show category in 2023 in Austria during World Bodypainting Festival. Winner of the new talent show “Hear us!” on TTV television. Drawing teacher and acrobatics instructor. Lecturer at the FAM makeup school in Krakow. Visual artist, makeup artist, bodypainter, photographer, dance theater director. Leading Polish bodypainter, multiple winner of international bodypainting and facepainting championships. He has more than 30 exhibitions in photography and painting, as well as performing arts. Creator and leader of Dyemotion dance theater, where shows are based on bodypainting and UV light. Creating scripts and directing theatrical performances is a fulfillment of his previous work, bringing images to life, bringing painting and photography to reality by working with the best people, he creates a wonderful theater of magic and fairy tales.
Marian will introduce you to a world of visual effects, as well as the secrets of bodypainting and the basics of characterization (how to make a simple characterization on set and what can be used when u don’t have professional products).
Wiktoria Wędzicha – 21-year-old make-up artist. She has won bodypainting championships in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ireland. Third in the world in facepainting at the World Bodypainting Festival in Austria in 2022. Make-up artist at Dyemotion dance theatre and the Entertainment Theatre.
