Lou Baron – with a university degree in Photojournalism, Audiovisual Media, and Aerial Imaging, as well as a professional license in Information Technology, she joined Red Eyes Cool in 2020 and became Vice President of Film Spring Open France. She is co-founder of the Let’s Change the World project, one of whose reports in Kenya received the Paris Match Grand Prize for Photojournalism awarded by Puressentiel “Nature and Environment.” At the same time, she is a trainer in image education workshops for the International Center for Photojournalism and, since 2022, has been in charge of communications for the Visa pour l’Image – Perpignan association, which organizes one of the world’s largest photojournalism festivals. She is also responsible for various projects such as the video promotion of ERA’s 2025 tour, video podcasts, feature-length documentaries, aftermovies, and the production of music videos.
