Our mission is to create an open educational and creative environment in which every person — regardless of gender, age, background, nationality, language, ability, economic status, religion, psychosexual orientation, gender identity, or level of professional experience — can feel safe, respected, and supported in their development. We invite everyone to co-create with us the FilmSpringers community, which collaborates and supports one another also after the workshops we organize have ended.
