We invite you to register for the CGI and Modern Editing Group. Its mentor will be Kuba Sobek, video producer, the author of trailers, who has found his place in the video games industry.

The workshop is about understanding a few different divisions of digital production and post-production beyond editing, not only to work more efficiently, but also creatively and to be able to influence other divisions, such as VFX and post-production.

We will learn the basics of Adobe After Effects – particle effects, 2D animation, parallax, compositing and working with greenscreen.We will also include the basics of working with 3D software and the Unreal Engine video game engine.We will put everything together on the assembly line in Premiere Pro.At the end of the class, we will assemble a trailer for the Video Games Group or we will establish cooperation with other groups for which we will be able to produce a summary video

Kuba Sobek: a video producer and a creative director of Radikal Studio, a creative collective that produces trailers and animations for video games. He supports game developers and producers in Poland and abroad. He works or has worked with CD Projekt Red and Bloober Team. He participated creatively in the premieres of “Cyberpunk 2077”, “Gwent”, “Observer”, “Blair Witch” and “Layers of Fear”. Movie reviewer for PSX Extreme. Has been coming to Film Spring Open Air since 2012. He started out as a participant.
